  CAE/FEA Engineer

We currently have a new opportunity for a CAE/FEA Engineer to join our Product Development department.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, specific responsibilities will include:

  Analyzing and verifying benchmarking programs.

  Compiling new and innovative design concepts.

  Correlating R&D tests.

  Participating in design project teams.

  Analyzing and solving design problems.

  Participating in VA/VE activities.

  Assisting in project feasibility studies.

  Assisting in the development and implementation of test plans

In addition, you have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently.

To be considered for this role, you will have a proven background in automotive CAE applications. Experience in ANSYS, Solid works, LS-Dyna and engineering degree qualifications are mandatory.

  Mechanical Technician

We currently have a new opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to join our Product Development department.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role is required to provide technical support for OE projects and support facilities, such as the R&D laboratories.

In this role you will be responsible for the construction, procuring and testing of physical assemblies, documentation (including design document changes), maintaining databases of equipment, prototype testing and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  Trade background - 2 years + in engineering environment

  High level of accuracy with testing

  Theoretical knowledge of mechanical design

  Highly developed skills in manual production of parts.

  Knowledge of production and production systems.

In addition, you have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently.
